DEUTSCH User Guidelines

To get the full performance, please pay attention to the following questions:

1. Use matching wires and insulating rings to ensure that the connector is completely waterproof. Do not insert bare wires or heat shrink sleeves into the holes of the sealing ring. Because water can invade the connector along the exposed wires.

2. A portion of the wire leading out of the connector (such as an overbend) will allow the ring to pass through the hole into the oval, so it is easy to get inside. Therefore, bend the lead wire 3 inches away from the connector to ensure that the connector is completely waterproof.

3. If the wires of the connector are too close to the rear end of the connector when tying the harness, please come in. Therefore, keep the tying position easy to bend and 3 inches away from the connector to ensure that the connector is completely waterproof.

4. Make sure the connector is connected horizontally, which can help water flow easily to improve waterproof performance.

5. When designing and using the connection, if the position without electrode where the electrode is not used should be distributed on the periphery, rather than just keeping the tight force of the sealing ring on the electrode line in the middle, it can also make the terminal insertion into the assembly less tight.

6. Deutsch connector, the connection between the terminal and the wire is designed to be made by pressing, without using the soldering method.
